Riya and The Little Fairy

There was a girl named Riya. This year her birthday was on a Sunday. Her father and mother had arranged a birthday party. Before the party, they gave her a present. She opened it and saw a pretty dress. She wore it for the birthday party.

Her friends came for the party and gave her another present. It was a cute little baby-doll. Then her uncle and aunt presented a special gift box. When she opened it, she saw something tiny in a small bed. She took it out and it flew up from her hand by saying;

“Hello, I am your little fairy.  Happy birthday, Riya.”

Then Riya said;

“Wow! A real fairy. Thank you uncle and aunty."



After that they had a grand party. 

Next day she asked the fairy for chocolates to share with her school friends. The fairy said;

“Okay, but you must give me an ice cream.”

Riya gave an ice cream and the fairy gave her chocolates. 

Riya happily went to the school and shared the chocolates with her friends. Thus a new friendship between Riya and the fairy started.

The Little Butterfly   Sineeja Sibu Once upon a time, there lived a butterfly. One day she laid an egg on a leaf of a tree and she flew away. After some days, the egg hatched and a caterpillar came out. The caterpillar ate the leaves of the tree for some days. In due course, the caterpillar turned into a pupa. She lived there for some days. After a few days, the pupa cracked and a beautiful little butterfly came out.
